What is Organisational Alignment?

Organisational Alignment is about aligning the core values of the company to the values of the people with the aid of a value statement (the businesses ability to deliver its 'mission') that translates a strategy into reality. It ensures the people are aligned with the realisation of its profit strategy through purpose and meaning, that works for the greater good of the company.

The end result is a more committed, productive and focused staff compliment, as well as improved team work, where both individuals and teams are aligned with company goals.

Too many people are frustrated with the workplace and feel unimportant to the company. Slowly, but surely, people are no longer giving of their best, not because they do not want to, but because it seems futile, due to the company not appealing to what's important to them with relevance and understanding.

How is Organisational Alignment achieved?

We use interventions to take the people through a 1 day team alignment facilitated workshop, which centres on a company value statement and what the company deems to be important to thrive (or survive) in their competitive environment. The participants are made aware as to how they contribute to the company when their values are recognised and responded to in a positive manner whilst aligned to the company's values (mission and vision statement).

3xP works from an interpretation that the way we observe and react is constituted through value sets (memes) that apply universally to all races, cultures, organisations, creeds and individuals. When a person of a particular value set believes others are not obeying the positives of their own values such a person will respond by acting out in an incorrect manner in order to try and correct the perceived imbalance. When all the value sets are aligned, we have a wholly functional individual and company.
